The Los Angeles Angels have signed 2B Adam Frazier to a minor league contract, which includes an invitation to Spring Training. Frazier, 34, is a 10-year MLB veteran and was a 2021 All-Star. Kevin Fiala underwent successful surgery to repair fractures in his left lower leg, the Kings announced. Dodgers have signed infielder Keston Hiura to a minor league deal that includes an invite to big league camp, per Jon Heyman. Hiura, 29, is a SoCal native who is a former 1st round pick.
