Here’s your weekly update on team standings for Los Angeles sports, as of 3/23. MLB season starts this week!

THE NBA REPORT 🏀

🟣Los Angeles Lakers (46-25): Lakers had a 4-0 week and have won 9 in a row! They are red hot and are getting a nice lead in 3rd place in the West. Realistically the best they can finish is 3rd in West unless Spurs miraculously blow it. 11 games left and Lakers cannot take their foot off the gas because they can still fall in standings.

🔵Los Angeles Clippers (35-36): Clippers went 1-3 last week and remain in 8th place. They had a horrible last week playing 3 poor teams and only winning 1. They should have had a 3-1 week but they have been dealing with injuries with Kawhi missing 2 games, Garland 1, and Mathurin 3. 11 games left and realistically the best they can finish is 8th but can still fall.

THE NHL REPORT 🏒

⚫️Anaheim Ducks (39-27-4):

Anaheim Ducks had a 2-0-1 week and are still in 1st in the Pacific! Ducks have a 4 point lead in 1st with 12 games left. Can they finish 1st for the 1st time since 2017?

⚪️LA Kings (28-25-17): LA Kings went 1-1-2 last week and move up to 4th in the Pacific! They’re still just 2 points back from being the in the Wild Card with 12 games left. They need to finish strong to make the playoffs.

THE MLS REPORT ⚽️

⚫️LAFC (4-0-1): LAFC won a big game in Champions Cup and tied in MLS last week to start the season 4-0–1 and are now solely in 1st in the West! They’re one of 3 teams left to remain undefeated in MLS.

⚪️LA Galaxy (1-2-2): Galaxy won a Champions Cup game and tied in MLS to remain in 10th place. Not doing well but still a lot to go in MLS.

THE NWSL REPORT ⚽️

⚫️Angel City FC (2-0-0): ACFC won last week and remain in 1st place. Their best start ever.
