Potential Angels Starting Pitcher, Sam Bachman, who had shoulder surgery last fall, said he’s making progress but won’t be ready by Opening Day. He said he expects to miss the first month.

Bachman is likely ticketed for the minor league rotation when he’s healthy but can make his way up as a MLB starter at some point. Bachman was the 9th overall pick in the 2021 MLB Draft.
