Galaxy to Acquire Christian Ramirez

LA Galaxy have agreed a deal to acquire forward Christian Ramirez from the Columbus Crew, per Tom Bogert.

Amercia de Cali pushed hard for Ramirez, but ultimately he’s headed to the Galaxy. Galaxy gets new starting center forward.

Ramirez, 33, last season had eight goals and six assists in 1,440 regular season minutes. He arrives as the replacement for Dejan Joveljic, who was traded to Sporting KC.
