Reliever Evan Phillips non-tendered by Dodgers and is now a free agent, per Ken Rosenthal. Underwent Tommy John surgery June 4. Phillips spent last 5 seasons with Dodgers and had 45/54 saves. Could still get picked up on a Minors deal later on possibly.
