Dodgers trade Gavin Lux

The Cincinnati Reds are finalizing a deal to acquire infielder Gavin Lux from the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Los Angeles Dodgers receive a Competitive Balance Round A pick (around No. 37) and outfield prospect Mike Sirota in the Gavin Lux trade.

Sirota was drafted by the Dodgers in 2021 out of high school but didn’t sign. Ranked as the No. 14 prospect in Reds system per pipeline. Ended up being a third round pick to the Reds in last year’s draft. Decent return.
