Clippers Extend Coach Ty Lue

Los Angeles Clippers coach Ty Lue has agreed to a multiyear extension with the franchise, per Shams Charania. Lue now has five years on his deal as Clippers lock in one of the best coaches in the NBA. The agreement is on a five-year contract worth nearly $70 million.

Clippers owner Steve Ballmer and President of Basketball Operations Lawrence Frank had been eager to secure Lue on a new deal and negotiations with his agent Andy Miller of Klutch Sports reached a finalized agreement in recent days.
