Chargers have placed RB Najee Harris on NFI

Chargers have placed RB Najee Harris on Active/Non-Football Injury.

Harris had sustained a superficial eye injury during a 4th of July fireworks mishap. Chargers general manager Joe Hortiz doesn’t expect Harris’ time on the NFI list to be long but if he remains on the list after roster cutdown, he will have to miss at least the first four games of the regular season.
