After back-to-back first-round exits and a stagnant offense that managed just 15 points across two postseason games, the Los Angeles Chargers have officially moved on from OC Greg Roman and OL Coach Mike Devlin.
The breaking point? A listless 16-3 loss to the Patriots where the offense failed to find the end zone. Despite an 11-6 regular season, the inability to protect Justin Herbert (60 total sacks this year) and a lack of playoff adjustments made this move inevitable. Last postseason, Chargers lost to the Houston Texans, 32-12, another poor offensive game.
Who should be the next OC to unlock Herbert’s full potential? 👇
